Great to meet you!

Hello! I’m Ashley, a Licensed Independent Social Worker–Clinical Practice (LISW-CP). I support individuals navigating anxiety, low self-esteem, life transitions, and relationship challenges, helping them move from feeling stuck to feeling more confident and grounded.

I have extensive experience working with adolescents and families, providing mental health support in both school and community settings. This background allows me to understand the impact of family dynamics, life stressors, and developmental challenges across different stages of life.

I am passionate about helping people feel seen, heard, and empowered to grow. My goal is to support you as you rebuild confidence, gain clarity, and step into a stronger, more grounded version of yourself. I believe that your past does not define you and that with the right support, you can create meaningful, lasting change.

My approach to therapy

My approach is supportive, down-to-earth, and collaborative. I focus on creating a safe judgement free space where you can be honest, feel heard, and begin to grow. I value meeting clients where they are—whether that includes integrating faith, exploring identity, or focusing on practical tools for everyday life.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a chance for us to connect and begin building a foundation. Together, we’ll explore what’s holding you back, build practical tools to manage challenges, and uncover your strengths so you can thrive.

My goal is for you to leave sessions feeling:

  • Empowered
  • More self-aware
  • Equipped with tools you can actually use
  • Hopeful about your growth and future
