Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Ashley, a bilingual therapist (English/Spanish) who’s motivated to help you become your best self! Growing up, I saw a lot of people around me trying to navigate challenges like anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, and PTSD, and it inspired me to support others going through similar experiences. My goal is to create a space that feels relaxed, supportive, and judgment-free, where you can be yourself and talk openly. While building the skills and tools to navigate through life with more confidence and balance.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is eclectic and tailored to each individual’s needs. I balance being direct and honest with creating a supportive and empowering environment where clients feel safe to grow. I believe therapy should be both reflective and practical, helping clients gain insight while also developing real-life coping strategies. I also incorporate humor and authenticity to keep the process relatable and human.

What you can expect from me

In the first session, clients can expect a welcoming and judgment-free space where we begin exploring what brought them to therapy. I focus on understanding your experiences, goals, and what you hope to gain from the process. Together we start identifying patterns, strengths, and areas you’d like to work on. My goal is for clients to leave the session feeling heard, supported, and comfortable continuing the work ahead.
