Great to meet you!

Reaching out for support can feel overwhelming, and I truly respect the courage it takes to begin. You don’t have to carry everything alone. I work with adolescents and adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, and ongoing stress. As a Marine Corps veteran with a corporate background, I understand high-pressure environments and how burnout and trauma can quietly take a toll, even when things appear fine on the outside. In our work together, I use EMDR, CBT, and strengths-based techniques to help you process your experiences, build practical tools, and feel more grounded and like yourself again.

My approach to therapy

Each person brings unique experiences, strengths, and challenges, and therapy is a collaborative process rooted in respect and connection. I use EMDR for trauma, CBT for anxiety and overthinking, and a strengths-based approach to build on what’s working. My goal is to help you feel supported, heard, and gently challenged toward meaningful change.

What you can expect from me

Therapy with me is collaborative and flexible—there’s no pressure to have everything figured out. In our first session, we’ll talk about what brings you in and what you’d like to be different, and begin identifying the goals that matter most to you. Some sessions focus on practical tools you can use right away, while others are more about processing, reflection, and gaining clarity. I draw from EMDR, CBT, and strengths-based approaches depending on your needs. Above all, I aim to create a space where you feel heard, understood, and supported as we work toward meaningful change together.
