Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and hold licensure as an LPC in both South Carolina and Virginia. I completed a Master's in Counseling from The George Washington University and initially worked for Arlington Public Schools in Arlington, VA. I then made the switch to private practice and knew my clinical focus would emphasize supporting families as they navigate the joyous, but often difficult transition into parenthood and beyond so they can thrive through parenthood.

My approach to therapy

You deserve a space where you can feel understood and supported. I’m here to offer a warm, empathetic environment where you can explore your feelings/experiences, heal, and grow—through the ups and downs, the laughter and the tears. I genuinely care about helping you build healthier relationships, cultivate resilience, and create a foundation for lifelong well-being. Utilizing Mindfulness, CBT, and somatic therapy, I create interventions that are effective and sustainable.

What you can expect from me

I take a holistic approach to mental health, focusing on the unique challenges of modern parenthood. My specialty is in addressing the broader systemic pressures many people face. Utilizing Mindfulness, CBT, and somatic therapy, I create interventions that are effective and sustainable. Together, we’ll build insight, awareness, and intention, helping you navigate life with confidence and resilience.
