Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, that is multicultural, non directive, client focused, and nonjudgmental. I have over 8yrs of experience, providing therapeutic services to adults and young adults. I am well experienced in treating individuals, struggling with anxiety, depression, adjustment disorders, infertility issues, bipolar disorders, gender issues, and more. I am nonbiased and a supporter of the LGBTQ community and all cultures.

My approach to therapy

I enjoy going on the journey, with the client, to unlock their full potential. My first priority is making the client feel comfortable and safe, to increase vulnerability and the completion of client goals. I never place my personal opinions on clients and welcome alternative thinking patterns.

What you can expect from me

Clients should feel emotionally lighter after every session and have a better sense of direction towards their goals. It's always my intentions to meet the client where they are, instead of trying to force you to be something that you are not. Clients will feel that their uniqueness is appreciated and welcomed verses shameful and unwanted.
