Great to meet you!

After retiring from the Army, I went back to school to obtain my masters of Social Work to help others who suffer from trauma and depression. My biggest inspiration for wanting to help others is the help that I have received along the way. It was after seeing my therapist who helped to guide me through gender, dysphoria, and my transition, that I begin my path that has led me here, wanting to help others. My guiding philosophy is that you deserve to treat yourself as good if not better than anyone else. When you feel good, others will feel good too.

My approach to therapy

Mental health does not discriminate. Any of us can be going through depression, anxiety, or other mental health issues. It is my goal to provide a confidential and safe place for my clients and me to explore the issues they are experiencing. By helping my clients, see different perspectives, and understand the strengths that they have we can begin to develop a plan to overcome these issues.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, we will be able to go over confidentiality, and I can answer any questions that you have regarding us working together. This will be our time to get to know each other a little better and make sure that we are a great fit for each other.
