Great to meet you!

I am a licensed clinical psychologist, I have worked/trained at a college psychological services department, community-based clinic, forensic setting, and a private practice. I have experience supporting adults and adolescents through a range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, relationship issues, life transitions, and beyond.

My approach to therapy

I work collaboratively with individuals to help them better understand themselves, navigate challenges, and build on the strengths they already have. My approach is grounded in respect, empathy, and curiosity—I believe that meaningful change starts with feeling truly heard and understood.

What you can expect from me

In our work together, you can expect to gain a deeper understanding of yourself and the patterns that may be holding you back. We'll explore practical tools to help you manage stress, anxiety, and other emotional challenges in everyday life. My goal is to help you feel seen, supported, and empowered throughout the process. We'll focus on identifying your strengths and building confidence in your ability to handle life’s challenges. Over time, you may find greater clarity in your values, improved communication in relationships, and a stronger sense of self. Most importantly, therapy will move at your pace, centered around what matters most to you.
