Great to meet you!

Hello! I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) dedicated to helping adults navigate life's most challenging and transformative seasons. I specialize in supporting individuals experiencing grief and loss, health changes, major life transitions, infertility, pregnancy and the postpartum journey.

My work is shaped by both my social work perspective and years working in end-of-life care. These experiences have given me a deep appreciation for the complexity of being human and inform my therapeutic approach through a lens of autonomy, harm reduction, systems awareness, and the healing power of connection and making meaning. I believe we're all beautifully messy humans, and that every person deserves to be treated with dignity, empathy and respect.

I'm passionate about this work because I know how powerful it is to feel genuinely card for during life's hardest moments. No matter how invisible, overwhelmed, or uncertain you may feel, you deserve a space where your experiences matter and where you don't have to carry them alone. It is a privilege to walk alongside my clients as they rediscover their strength, deepen their sense of self, and move toward a life that feels more authentic and fulfilling.

My approach to therapy

I believe that healing begins when we feel truly seen, heard, and accepted. My approach is rooted in genuine compassion, curiosity, and judgement-free space where you can show up exactly as you are. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, stuck, grieving, or simply trying to make sense of your experiences, you don't have to navigate it alone.

What you can expect from me

During our first few sessions, I'll spend time getting to know you and inviting you to share your story at a pace that feels comfortable. Together, we'll build trust, explore what has brought you to therapy, identify your goals, and create a path forward that feels meaningful and aligned with your values.
