Great to meet you!

I am a licensed psychotherapist in New Jersey who offers a warm, judgment-free space for women navigating anxiety, depression, postpartum challenges, and life transitions. As both a clinician and a mother, I bring deep empathy and real-life understanding to my sessions, making clients feel instantly at ease. Known for my approachable style and ability to truly listen, I create a trusted environment where healing begins.

Serava Therapy is a modern psychotherapy practice dedicated to empowering women to thrive emotionally, mentally, and relationally. Rooted in compassion and guided by evidence-based care, our practice offers individualized and sessions focused on helping clients navigate life’s most personal challenges—ranging from anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship conflicts to postpartum transitions and generational family issues.

My approach to therapy

I embrace an open and welcoming approach to therapy. ALL emotions and feelings are welcome in this space.

What you can expect from me

The goal of the first session is to establish foundation. Therapy, like any other relationship, requires an established level of comfort, trust, and vulnerability. In the first session, we will have a conversation, where you are able to ask any questions, you may have. Once we have established the connection, we will then work to figure out the initial direction and goal of our therapy sessions. While these preliminary goals can shift with time, it is still important to have an initial blueprint to ensure that we have some direction. The first session can be intimidating for those entering therapy for the first time. I am here to ensure you are comfortable about moving forward.
