Great to meet you!

I have 4 years experience as a therapist. For 2 years I worked as a group therapist on a young adult inpatient unit, 1 year in addiction, and about 2 years in private practice. In this time, I have tried to expose myself to as much diverse needs and populations as possible, because I enjoy learning and growing into what I can best do for my clients.

My approach to therapy

I mainly use CBT and DBT as my approaches in sessions. However, I adjust to best suit what the client's needs are. Whether that be attachment-based, motivational interviewing, etc.

What you can expect from me

You can expect us to sit down and chat as if we are friends that have met at a coffee shop to catch up. It is a time for me to get to know you and hopefully build a bit of rapport where maybe we can even laugh.
