Great to meet you!

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, I provide a warm, empathetic, and nonjudgmental space where we can work together toward meaningful change.

I specialize in relationship challenges, OCD, anxiety disorders, body-focused repetitive behaviors (BFRBs), and tic disorders. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based practices.

Outside of the therapy room, I'm a mom who enjoys camping, spending time outdoors, and making memories with my family. My Christian faith is an important part of my life, and I welcome clients from all backgrounds and beliefs with respect and compassion.

My approach to therapy

I take a collaborative, evidence-based approach to therapy that is tailored to your individual goals. My work incorporates Gottman Method Therapy, Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Habit Reversal Training (HRT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and self-compassion practices to help clients create meaningful, lasting change.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another. We'll discuss what brings you to therapy, your current concerns, your personal history, and the goals you hope to achieve. I'll also answer any questions you have about the therapy process and explain how we'll work together. By the end of our first session, we'll begin developing a plan that is tailored to your unique needs and goals.
