Great to meet you!

Welcome! I am deeply committed to helping individuals from diverse backgrounds navigate life's transitions and challenges; be they work-related, personal, or social. I understand how these hurdles can throw us off balance. My goal is to guide you back to your best and authentic self.

My approach to therapy

Medications can be a helpful and sometimes necessary tool. However, medications often do not address the root cause of psychiatric symptoms. I will help you decide if medication is the right choice for you. I am also trained in safe de-prescribing. If you have been on psychiatric medication with limited benefit I can help you taper off.

What you can expect from me

I will guide you in meeting your mental health goals by reducing symptoms, life stressors, and promoting self-care and awareness. We will work on improving your overall quality of life.
