Great to meet you!

I’m Ashley Parrish, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker specializing in trauma-informed care for adolescents and women navigating life transitions. My passion is helping teens process early emotional wounds before they become lifelong patterns and supporting women who feel stuck, disconnected, or like they've lost their voice. My work is about getting to the root, not just managing symptoms, so you (or your child) can move forward with more freedom, clarity, and confidence.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My approach is warm, intuitive, and rooted in the belief that healing happens in safe, attuned relationships. Drawing from Jungian psychology, somatic work, and mindfulness, I help clients explore the deeper stories beneath their symptoms while also teaching practical tools to support nervous system regulation and self-trust. Therapy with me is not about fixing you, it's about reconnecting you with the parts of yourself that were never broken.

What you can expect from our first session

Clients leave our sessions feeling seen, understood, and better equipped to face life’s challenges. For teens, that might look like stronger self-awareness and emotional regulation. For women, that often means reconnecting to your sense of self and learning how to lead your life from a place of confidence, not confusion. You’ll walk away with insight, tools, and the reminder that healing is possible and you don’t have to do it alone.
