Great to meet you!

Hello and welcome! Are you looking to start your therapy journey but are unsure where to begin? I am here to help. Being here and being curious is a huge step. I am here to help you identify and unpack the concerns that might be keeping you from being your best self. My style of therapy is warm and empathetic and I take pride in having a safe space for people to be open, share, and reflect in. I believe that people are the expert on themselves and therefore my approach is always person centered. You are the expert on you, but sometimes life gets in the way and we need help getting back to our authentic selves and that is why I am here. I am a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) in Florida with experience in both inpatient and outpatient settings. I have experience working with adults and teens and I also work in a school based setting working with children. I have worked with individuals in crisis stabilization as well as intensive outpatient and also have worked in private practice for 4 years. I recently completed my independent licensure this year.

My approach to therapy

I bring authenticity, warmth, and curiosity to every session. I believe healing happens through a trusting therapeutic relationship where you feel seen, heard, and free to be yourself. I approach our work as a collaboration, honoring your lived experience and exploring challenges with compassion rather than criticism. My goal is to create an affirming space where you can better understand yourself, recognize your strengths, and make meaningful changes at a pace that feels right for you

What you can expect from me

I work with adolescents and adults from a variety of backgrounds who are seeking support for life's challenges and personal growth. I have experience helping individuals navigate anxiety, ADHD, autism spectrum disorder (ASD), depression, trauma, life transitions, relationship concerns, stress, and emotional regulation. I also enjoy working with members of the LGBTQIA+ community and strive to provide an affirming, inclusive space where clients feel safe, respected, and understood. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, struggling with past experiences, or simply looking to better understand yourself, I tailor therapy to your unique needs and goals. I welcome clients from diverse backgrounds and am committed to meeting you where you are in your journey.
