Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Ashley. I work with adolescents, adults, and couples who are navigating anxiety, stress, ADHD, relationship issues, and the feeling of being overwhelmed or stuck. Many of my clients come to therapy struggling with overthinking, emotional burnout, anxiety, depression, communication problems, life transitions, self-doubt, or difficulty managing the pressure of everyday life. Sometimes it feels hard to slow your mind down, stay organized, feel connected in relationships, or know what to do next. I offer a supportive, nonjudgmental space where we can make sense of what’s going on, identify what’s getting in the way, and build practical tools to help you feel more confident, grounded, and in control.

My approach to therapy

I’m a very down-to-earth therapist, and my priority is helping you feel comfortable from the start. Therapy with me feels like a real conversation—supportive, honest, and focused on what actually helps. I use approaches like CBT, DBT, and EFT in a way that is personalized to your needs and goals. CBT can help with anxiety, ADHD, negative thought patterns, and stress, while DBT helps strengthen emotional regulation, distress tolerance, and coping skills. EFT can be especially helpful for relationship challenges, communication issues, and emotional disconnection. Together, we’ll make sense of your experiences, work through challenges, and develop tools that make your day-to-day life feel more manageable and your relationships feel healthier and more connected.

What you can expect from me

The first session is all about helping you feel comfortable. We’ll go at your pace as you share what’s been going on, whether that includes anxiety, ADHD, stress, relationship problems, emotional overwhelm, or just feeling stuck. I’ll ask some questions to better understand your experiences, what’s feeling hardest right now, and what you’re hoping to get out of therapy. Together, we’ll start making sense of what’s contributing to your stress and identify goals that feel meaningful and realistic to you. My goal is for you to leave feeling heard, supported, and a little more hopeful about what’s possible, with a clearer sense of how therapy can help.
