Great to meet you!

If you've been looking for a place where you can stop performing, exhale, and begin where you are, then let's start with the human part. I work especially well with adults navigating medical trauma, healthcare burnout, caregiving stress, anxiety, life transitions, grief, and chronic illness. Many of my clients spend a great deal of their energy showing up for others at work, at home, and in their relationships, and have gotten very good at putting their own needs last. If that sounds familiar, this work is for you.

My approach to therapy

Our work together is collaborative and grounded in your strengths, not just your struggles. We will look at the stories you have been telling yourself about who you are and what you can handle, and figure out together which ones are still serving you and which ones are ready to be set down. I care about helping you build a life that actually feels like yours, especially when the world has been asking too much of you for a long time.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a chance for us to get to know one another. There is no pressure to tell your entire story right away. We will move at a pace that feels comfortable to you, and by the end of our time together you should have a sense of whether this feels like the right fit. If you are ready to stop just getting through it and start feeling more like yourself, I would love to connect.
