Specializes in

Eating Disorders and Trauma

Great to meet you!

I specialize in working with individuals from a depth psychological lens, meaning that my work is rooted in a deep respect for and inclusion of the mysteries and paradoxes of life. I believe that we each have a unique path to finding and cultivating the most authentic and nourishing possibilities for ourselves. I specialize in work with eating disorders, body autonomy, and the intersection of psychology and spirituality.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My primary approach with my clients is psychodynamic, integrative, and largely rooted in Jungian theory. I work with a variety of interventions to support the development of new insights and skills (including the use of guided imagery and dream work in sessions, as appropriate) but also seek to offer grounded and practical applications for everyday life.

What you can expect from our first session

My work with clients focuses on identity, meaning making, recovery, and connection so my hope is that clients feel empowered, curious, and open to a compassionate re-imagining of their current experiences.
