Great to meet you!

I am a board-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) with five years of specialized psychiatric nursing experience, holding my MSN from the University of South Alabama. Since beginning practice as a PMHNP in early 2025, I have supported clients navigating a wide variety of mental health conditions such as anxiety, depression, and trauma, through comprehensive, evidence-based psychiatric evaluations and thoughtful medication management.

My approach to therapy

I am dedicated to providing warm, comprehensive, and collaborative care.

My goal is simple: to make psychiatric care feel approachable, empowering, and centered entirely around you.

What you can expect from me

In our initial session, you can expect an unhurried, compassionate, and nonjudgmental environment where your story is heard and respected. We will explore your background, current challenges, medical history, and personal values to gain a complete picture of your overall well-being. Together, we will define clear, meaningful goals—whether that means symptom relief, greater emotional balance, or finding the right medication strategy—so you leave with a personalized care plan and a clear sense of next steps.
