Great to meet you!

I received a BA in Psychology and a MA in Marriage and Family Therapy. I have been seeing clients since 2019 and find working with couples to restore trust as well as helping individuals heal from relational trauma to be rewarding work that I am grateful to be involved with.

My approach to therapy

I help clients recognize how their thought and emotional patterns influence their day to day lives and relationships. This insight then helps throughout the process of changing patterns that lead to unwanted outcomes and increasing a sense of empowerment for new thoughts and feelings to emerge.

What you can expect from me

I like to meet each client where they are, knowing that the first session of therapy can be nerve wracking in many ways. After reviewing expectations for therapy, I allow the client to have control in the sharing of their story that lead to the start of therapy. We then work collaboratively to set achievable goals for our work together.
