Great to meet you!

I'm a Marriage and Family Therapist passionate about supporting individuals and families through life’s many transitions. My work focuses on parenting support, postpartum care, neurodivergence (including autism and ADHD), and helping families navigate complex dynamics with compassion and clarity. I believe in creating a safe, collaborative space where growth is possible and progress is meaningful. I'm here to keep learning, growing, and connecting with others who are committed to thoughtful, inclusive care.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is grounded in warmth, collaboration, and respect. I believe that healing happens in safe, supportive relationships, and I work to create a space where you can show up exactly as you are—without judgment.

Whether you're navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, or past trauma, I tailor each session to meet your unique needs and goals. I draw from evidence-based practices like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and solution-focused techniques, while always keeping your lived experience at the center of our work. If medication support is part of your journey, I collaborate closely with psychiatric providers to ensure you receive coordinated care.

Most of all, I see therapy as a partnership. You’re the expert on your life—I'm here to support you with tools, insight, and encouragement as you move toward clarity, growth, and lasting change.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to walk away from our sessions feeling heard, understood, and supported. My goal is to help you better understand yourself or your child, gain practical tools to navigate daily challenges, and build confidence in your ability to handle what life throws your way.

Whether we're exploring how ADHD or autism shows up in your life, working through parenting stress, or navigating the emotional shifts of pregnancy or postpartum, I aim to create a space where growth feels possible and progress feels meaningful. Together, we'll focus on small, realistic changes that add up over time—so you can feel more grounded, connected, and empowered in your day-to-day life.
