Great to meet you!

Life can feel overwhelming - but you don’t have to figure it all out by yourself. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor who believes that healing happens through connection, understanding, and being truly heard. I strive to create a therapeutic space for adolescents, college students, and adults where you can show up as your authentic self without any judgement.

My therapeutic style is compassionate, authentic, and collaborative, with the belief that therapy should be tailored to each person’s unique experiences and goals. While Person-Centered Therapy serves as the foundation of my work, I also integrate evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).

My approach to therapy

As a Latina therapist, I also recognize the importance of honoring each client’s cultural background, lived experiences, and intersecting identities within the therapeutic process. I am committed to creating an inclusive and affirming space for the LGBTQ+ community, people of color, and other marginalized communities.

I work with individuals navigating significant life transitions, grief and loss, family of origin concerns, self-esteem challenges, anxiety, depression, ADHD, and relational concerns. In addition to individual therapy, I enjoy working with couples to cultivate healthier relationship patterns.

What you can expect from me

Starting therapy can feel like a big step, and I want you to know that you don’t have to have everything figured out before you begin. Together, we can explore your experiences, navigate challenges, and create a space for healing, self-compassion, and meaningful change.
