I am a compassionate and optimistic clinician with 8 plus years of experience working with various populations. I am also an encouraging and understanding provider who is dedicated to helping her clients find light! I am committed to working with all clients though take a special interest in working with adolescent and adult populations. I have a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology specializing in Mental Health and a LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor Licensure).

I believe that ultimately our thoughts guide our actions/ behaviors and with that believe that the client has what it takes to reach goals desired. I meet clients where they are and begin the journey from there. With the previous, I utilize an integrative approach as fit.
