Great to meet you!

I specialize in working with adults who are experiencing mood disorders, anxiety, depression, life transitions, and overwhelm. Client's often reach out to me when they're feeling anxious, burned out, or emotionally drained. Some are struggling with low mood, self-doubt, or difficulty managing life's demands. Others may feel stuck in patterns they don't fully understand and want help making meaningful changes. I help people move forward by creating a space where they feel heard, understood, and supported without judgement. Together we work to help you gain insight and feel more in control of your life.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, practical, and focused on helping clients make meaningful lasting changes. I utilize an integrative approach where I incorporate modalities such as CBT, DBT, and Person-Centered therapy. Ultimately meeting clients where they are. I also work to ensure clients feel safe and reassured that we can work at their own pace.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a chance for us to get to know each other. We'll talk about what's been going on, how you are feeling and ultimately how I can help. I'll ask some questions about your history, current challenges, and goals so that I can understand you! I will also just simply listen. You will also have a chance to ask me questions.

There is no pressure to share everything at once. We will move at a pace that feels comfortable for you. By the end of the session, we will begin outlining a plan that feels supportive, practical, and that is just for you!
