Great to meet you!

Daytime availability only. Accepting Aetna and UHC insurances only at this time as well as self-pay clients. Seeking help can be overwhelming and is a process that requires courage and strength. Vulnerability can be scary, but it can also be the catalyst for growth and help us live out the most authentic version ourselves. I am passionate about helping others live out happier, healthier, and more productive lives. I practice with the belief that people are capable of more than they think and that everyone has the capacity to change. Although people may come to therapy to address a variety of concerns, you're taking a big step with the overall goal to live a more successful life.

My approach to therapy

My approach to counseling is client-centered and eclectic. By utilizing a combination of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), empowerment, and strength-based techniques, I like to help clients increase self-awareness, challenge thinking patterns, and empower client's to create meaningful change. I have worked with individuals, couples, and families who have experienced a variety of concerns, including depression, anxiety, trauma, stress, life transitions, behavioral problems, communication issues, conflicts with self-esteem, grief and loss, and other varying issues.

What you can expect from me

By providing a safe and comfortable environment, I can help you face life's challenges directly by fostering insight and increasing self-awareness. I have a laid-back, open therapeutic approach and want to meet you where you're at! I welcome the opportunity to work with you and look forward to our journey together!
