Great to meet you!

I help high-functioning adults who look like they have it all together but feel overwhelmed, burned out, or quietly anxious inside. If you’re exhausted from holding everything together and wondering why it still feels heavy, you’re not alone. My approach blends evidence-based medication management with real, human conversation — not rushed 15-minute check-ins.

I also work with children and adolescents experiencing academic pressure, anxiety, ADHD concerns, mood instability, or family stress. My approach is developmentally informed and collaborative with parents while still respecting the teen’s autonomy.

Treatment begins with a thorough psychiatric evaluation and a collaborative plan tailored to your goals. When appropriate, care may include thoughtful medication management, along with practical strategies drawn from CBT, mindfulness, and holistic approaches. I believe in using the smallest effective dose, making adjustments carefully, and always explaining the “why” so you feel informed and empowered. With consistent support, many clients experience improved focus, emotional balance, and a greater sense of stability over time.

I accept insurance through Headway, including Aetna, Cigna, and Regence BCBS of Oregon, and provide convenient virtual appointments statewide. You don’t have to figure this out alone — support is here when you’re ready.

My approach to therapy

My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and grounded in real-life understanding. I provide telehealth psychiatric care for adults, teens and children in Oregon, supporting anxiety, depression, ADHD, burnout, mood concerns, and life stress.

Treatment includes therapy-informed support and thoughtful medication management when appropriate, always tailored to your symptoms, lifestyle, and goals. I don’t rush decisions or push medication — I explain options clearly and focus on the smallest effective dose.

Clients often appreciate having a safe space to feel heard, respected, and supported as they build lasting emotional balance and confidence.

What you can expect from me

Clients often share that they leave sessions feeling more grounded, understood, and hopeful. My goal is to offer practical tools and lasting change — not just a space to vent. This may include new perspectives, mindset shifts, and evidence-based strategies to manage anxiety, depression, stress, and overwhelm.

Over time, you can build greater clarity, emotional resilience, and confidence in navigating life’s challenges, whether that involves relationships, parenting, work stress, or feeling emotionally stuck. We’ll move at your pace, and you will always be an active partner in treatment decisions, including any medication options.

You can expect a calm, supportive, judgment-free space with honest, compassionate care — designed to help you feel more like yourself again.
