Great to meet you!

I earned my Master of Social Work from the University of Southern California and have spent the past eight years working in both the nonprofit sector and private practice. Throughout my career, I’ve had the opportunity to support a diverse range of individuals facing a variety of challenges. I’m especially passionate about working with those navigating anxiety, depression, complex trauma, women’s issues, and relationship or dating concerns. My approach is grounded in empathy, collaboration, and a deep commitment to helping clients find healing and growth.

My approach to therapy

I offer a compassionate, culturally competent, and patient-centered approach to therapy, meeting each client with empathy, respect, and a genuine understanding of their unique background and experiences. My work is rooted in creating a safe, nonjudgmental space where individuals feel heard, valued, and empowered. I tailor treatment to each person’s needs and goals, recognizing that healing looks different for everyone and honoring the diverse cultural and personal identities that shape their journey.

What you can expect from me

I want my clients to leave therapy feeling empowered, understood, and equipped with the tools to navigate life’s challenges. My hope is that they gain deeper self-awareness, build emotional resilience, and develop healthier patterns in their relationships and daily lives. Most importantly, I want them to feel more connected to themselves, confident in their growth, and supported throughout their healing journey.
