Great to meet you!

Ashley is a licensed clinical social worker and licensed addiction counselor, working in the field for 11 years. Her background includes working in residential level of care, group homes, and outpatient settings, helping teens and adults with co-occurring disorders. It was during this time that she found her passion working with individuals towards long lasting healing, specializing in EMDR, CBT, DBT and integrating other treatment modalities.

A bit about my approach to therapy

Ashley is passionate about using a holistic approach; believing it is important to meet a client where they are at in regard to their goals, working together to collaborate and reach or even surpass those goals. She uses a variety of therapeutic modalities to assist the client to develop skills, build resources, identify lifestyle changes and address underlying concerns.

What you can expect from our first session

Her hope for clients is that they are able to find a space that they feel safe, supported, and empowered on their therapeutic journey. Those pillars for a healthy therapeutic relationship allow clients to address underlying causes for symptoms, providing understanding and lasting shifts for healing.
