Great to meet you!

I am a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) and licensed addiction counselor (LAC), providing care for over 13 years. I specialize in working with adults navigating trauma and co-occurring disorders, as well as maternal mental health during the prenatal and postpartum periods. My therapeutic approach integrates EMDR, CBT, DBT, and somatic interventions, with an emphasis on attachment and family systems.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is direct, compassionate, and grounded in curiosity. I work collaboratively with my clients to identify and explore underlying issues that contribute to their triggers and symptoms, fostering insight and emotional growth. I take a holistic view of well-being, encouraging clients to consider how lifestyle factors- such as sleep, nutrition and daily routines- affect their mental health. Together, we focus on meaningful goals, personal growth and developing practical strategies to support healing and resilience.

What you can expect from me

In session clients can expect a safe, supportive and nonjudgmental space to begin sharing their story. My goal is to help you feel seen, heard and understood as we start to build a foundation of trust. Together, we'll talk about what brings you therapy, explore your goals and begin identifying patterns or challenges you'd like to work on. I approach each session with empathy and authenticity, aiming to empower you to take the next steps toward healing and growth at a pace that feels right for you.
