Great to meet you!

I work with clients presenting with a variety of concerns, but work primarily with family history and attachment patterns showing up in the present. Many of my clients come in for current stressors, and find they also need help with developmental trauma.

Clients are welcome to book the first available consultation time on my calendar. I will reach out upon booking to confirm our time, and will offer something sooner if it is available.

My approach to therapy

I provide a trusting environment for my clients, and take a warm yet direct approach to our work. I help clients to discover more about themselves, which helps them better understand their relationships. I find that this work can help to resolve much of the frustration and confusion that can occur in relationships when unconscious patterns keep us stuck.

I help clients to get curious about how they are currently getting their needs met, what is and isn't working, and aid in exploring how things could change. Often external circumstances can stay static, so I help clients to get more familiar with what they need internally to feel more fulfilled.

What you can expect from me

Our first session will focus on exploring what's bringing you to therapy, history of the concern, and allows us to see if we are a good fit for one another.

In the first session, our task is to determine if you foresee having the comfort level with me to share openly. That comfort in the relationship will be a big determination in how deeply we can go in our work together.
