Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 7 years of experience supporting adolescents, adults, and families navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, emotional dysregulation, and complex life stressors. My approach is collaborative, structured, and trauma-informed, with a focus on helping clients build practical emotional skills and long-term stability.

I specialize in working with individuals who feel stuck in survival mode, overwhelmed by intrusive thoughts, or impacted by unresolved childhood trauma and relationship patterns. I also work closely with adolescents and caregivers to strengthen communication, emotional safety, and family dynamics.

My therapeutic style integrates evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), emotional regulation strategies, trauma-informed care, and family systems work. I typically support clients in weekly sessions over an 8–12 week period to create meaningful, measurable progress.

I currently offer telehealth services to clients in Indiana and Illinois and have limited openings for weekly sessions.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, structured, and trauma-informed. I use evidence-based methods like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), DBT-informed skills, and Motivational Interviewing to help clients regulate emotions, challenge unhelpful thought patterns, and build practical coping strategies.

I provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space where clients can gain insight, strengthen resilience, and work toward meaningful, lasting change.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll focus on getting a clear understanding of what brought you to therapy and what you’re hoping to change or improve in your life. I’ll ask questions about your current concerns, your background, and what you’ve tried in the past, and we’ll begin identifying patterns that may be contributing to how you’re feeling.

Clients often leave the first session with a greater sense of clarity, emotional validation, and a few practical tools or grounding strategies they can start using right away. My goal is for you to feel heard, supported, and more hopeful about the path forward.

I also like to use the first few sessions to build a collaborative plan for therapy, so you have a sense of direction and what our work together may look like over the next several weeks. You can expect a calm, nonjudgmental space where we move at your pace while still working toward meaningful, measurable progress.
