Great to meet you!

I’m a therapist who balances warmth with clear direction. Clients quickly learn that I’m deeply present, collaborative, and not afraid to ask the kind of questions that move things forward. I bring a trauma-informed, nervous-system-aware lens to everything I do, and I care about helping people feel grounded, understood, and less alone in their experiences. I’m practical, authentic, and I tailor the work to each person rather than relying on a one-size-fits-all approach.

My approach to therapy

My approach blends EMDR, parts work, somatic awareness, and cognitive-behavioral strategies. I help clients understand the “why” behind their patterns while also building skills they can use outside the session. I focus on insight, emotional regulation, and identifying the root causes driving overwhelm, anxiety, or stuckness. Sessions with me often involve gentle but honest reflection, collaborative problem-solving, and specific prompts or strategies that help clients create lasting change. I believe therapy should feel both supportive and productive.

What you can expect from me

Your first session will feel grounding, structured, and conversational. We’ll explore what brings you in, get clear on your goals, and identify the patterns or stress points that are impacting your day-to-day life. I’ll ask thoughtful questions that help us understand your history, current challenges, and what feels most urgent for you right now. You’ll leave with a sense of direction, some initial tools or insights, and a plan for how we’ll move forward together at a pace that feels safe and manageable.
