Great to meet you!

If you've spent so long showing up for everyone else that you've lost touch with who you are — you're in the right place.

I'm Ashley, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in California specializing in working with women who feel overwhelmed, disconnected from themselves, or stuck in cycles of overgiving. Together, we create space for you to reconnect with yourself, set boundaries, and feel like you again.

I earned my Master's degree from Santa Clara University and my Bachelor's from San José State University, and have worked across community mental health, school-based, and private practice settings.

My approach to therapy

My approach is humanistic, trauma-informed, and grounded in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT). I believe therapy is about understanding you as a whole person while also helping you find relief from the symptoms and struggles that are impacting your life.

Together, we’ll slow things down and create space to understand your emotions, patterns, and the experiences that have shaped how you move through the world. We’ll explore what you’ve been carrying, what matters most to you, and where you may have learned to push through, disconnect from your needs, or prioritize everyone else.

Rather than judging yourself for difficult thoughts or emotions, I’ll help you learn to approach yourself with more compassion and curiosity. We’ll work toward greater self-awareness, healthier boundaries, and choices that feel aligned with your values. My goal is to help you reconnect with yourself, feel more grounded, and learn to be kinder to yourself along the way.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is about getting to know each other and building comfort and connection. I'll ask questions to better understand your story, what you're carrying, and what you're hoping to get out of therapy.

You don't need to have it all figured out before we begin — just showing up is enough. Together, we'll start identifying what you need and what it could actually look like to put yourself first.
