Great to meet you!

If you've spent so long showing up for everyone else that you've lost touch with who you are — you're in the right place.

I'm Ashley, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in California specializing in working with women who feel overwhelmed, disconnected from themselves, or stuck in cycles of overgiving. Together, we create space for you to reconnect with yourself, set boundaries, and feel like you again.

I earned my Master's degree from Santa Clara University and my Bachelor's from San José State University, and have worked across community mental health, school-based, and private practice settings.

My approach to therapy

My approach is humanistic and trauma-focused — meaning I see you as a whole person, not just your symptoms. I draw on evidence-based modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT), and Trauma-Focused CBT, tailoring our work to what you actually need.

Together, we'll explore patterns, process what you've been carrying, and build awareness around your needs and boundaries — especially if you're used to constantly pushing through or prioritizing everyone else. My goal is to help you come back to yourself and start putting yourself first, without guilt.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is about getting to know each other and building comfort and connection. I'll ask questions to better understand your story, what you're carrying, and what you're hoping to get out of therapy.

You don't need to have it all figured out before we begin — just showing up is enough. Together, we'll start identifying what you need and what it could actually look like to put yourself first.
