Great to meet you!

Ashley has her bachelor's degree in social work and her masters degree in social work with an emphasis in mental health. She has worked in the clinical field over a decade and has been licensed for the last three years. She has worked in the substance use field, Working with those who are experiencing homelessness, those who have severe and persistent mental health needs, and personality disorders.

My approach to therapy

Her focus is to provide a meaningful relationship and advocate and be along side of you cheering and advocating for you along the way. Ashley believes that everyone should have access to healthcare, housing, and their basic needs. She advocates for those most vulnerable and believes that we need a huge system change in order for this to happen

What you can expect from me

Therapy is amazing because you have a trusted person to talk to who is outside of everything and can help you process your emotions, thoughts, and feelings. A therapist is non judgmental, empathetic, gentle, and helps guide you to be your best self. They help model a healthy relationship with boundaries and consistency. With therapy you really start to realize what is behind your thoughts and feelings and help you move forward and help you heal.
