Great to meet you!

Hello! I am a LCSW with 10+ years experience as a psychotherapist.

I would be a great fit if you are seeking support with life changes, stress, depression or anxiety, have existential questions or relationship struggles.

Outside of the office, I am someone who loves music, traveling, animals, yoga, art and being in nature!

A bit about my approach to therapy

Sessions range from heartfelt and emotional, rational and logical, creative and introspective, funny and upbeat- but always real and authentic.

Starting therapy-or starting it again, can be TOUGH. My approach is to keep our sessions as "human" as possible.

Therapy is not a cookie cutter process- we will tailor a therapeutic style and relationship that works best for your needs.

What you can expect from our first session

I aspire for people to feel "seen" and supported. Sometimes it seems so hard to find someone who "gets" you- and I hope to be that person.

I strive to empower and provide awareness of your worth- regardless of your past and current circumstances. Walking away with more self awareness and knowledge- for your mind, body and spirit is also important.

Ending our time together feeling in a better place than when we met- whatever that may look like, is the ultimate goal. I look forward to meeting you!
