Great to meet you!

My name is Ashley and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, a wife, and a mother of four beautiful children. I received my undergraduate degree from BYU In Utah, and my Master's in Marriage and Family Therapy from Converse University in South Carolina. I love working with men, women, and couples helping them to find peace, strength, and connection. I have received specialized training in relationship dynamics, trauma, and am EMDR certified.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is centered on understanding your story, utilizing your strengths to achieve your goals, creating increased understanding and compassion for yourself, and learning new skills to create the life you want. I help connect the dots, offer increased perspectives, and work with you to find solutions that fit you. I follow your lead but will challenge you to move forward. I believe you are capable of creating the life you want and will work to help you reach your goals.

What you can expect from our first session

I create a calming environment where you feel safe and supported through your healing journey. Your goals are the most important part of therapy and I work to help you find solutions and paths forward towards them. My personal goal is to help you believe in yourself. I will work with you to process any past pain that is keeping you stuck and learn new skills that can help you achieve your goals.
