Great to meet you!

Hi, my name is Ashley Roseman. I am a licensed clinical psychologist specializing in anxiety, depression, infertility/postpartum, and work/life balance. I have been in private practice for over 15 years, where I have helped countless clients with big and small issues. I love developing relationships with new clients and learning about your families, jobs, and lives.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is supportive and goal oriented. I provide empirically supported treatments that have been shown to work over and over. I teach clients concrete coping skills that will help in stressful situations.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, we will go over what brings you to therapy, your background and history, and what you are hoping to get out of therapy. I will also tell you about me and the kind of therapy I do so you can decide if we are a good fit. Therapy is like any other relationship in your life, and you have to find the right person!
