Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Ashley!

I help people feel safe, seen, and supported as they work through life’s challenges. My approach is warm, down-to-earth, and rooted in real connection. I use tools like CBT, mindfulness, and trauma-informed care, but I always tailor therapy to fit your unique needs and goals.

Whether you’re facing anxiety, past trauma, relationship struggles, or big life changes, I’m here to walk with you—at your pace, in your way. I believe in healing, growth, and helping you reconnect with your power.

Let’s take that next step together

A bit about my approach to therapy

I take a relational and client-centered approach to therapy. I believe that healing begins with feeling truly heard and accepted, so I focus on building a safe, trusting connection from the start.

I use evidence-based practices like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and trauma-informed care, but I don’t take a one-size-fits-all approach. I tailor each session to what you need in the moment, while keeping your long-term goals in mind.

I hold space for your pain, but I also challenge the patterns that may be keeping you stuck. I help you understand the “why” behind your feelings and behaviors, and together we explore ways to create real, lasting change.

I believe therapy should be collaborative, practical, and empowering—and I’m here to walk beside you every step of the way.

What you can expect from our first session

In our sessions, you can expect to feel heard, grounded, and supported. I’ll help you make sense of what you’re feeling, and together we’ll explore the patterns, experiences, and beliefs that may be holding you back.

You’ll leave sessions with more clarity, practical tools you can use in your daily life, and a stronger sense of self. I don’t just sit and listen—I’m actively engaged in helping you move forward, challenge old narratives, and build emotional resilience.

My goal is for you to walk away feeling more in control, more connected to yourself, and more hopeful about your path ahead. Whether you’re healing, growing, or just trying to hold it together, I’m here to support your process every step of the way.
