Great to meet you!

I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor and Certified Clinical Trauma Professional who works with children, teens, adults, and families. My approach is trauma-informed, compassionate, and empowering, creating a safe space where individuals of all ages can explore challenges, build resilience, and develop healthy coping skills. Whether you're navigating life transitions, emotional struggles, trauma, or personal growth, I'm here to support you on your journey toward healing, confidence, and well-being

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and trauma-informed. I believe therapy should be a place where you feel comfortable being yourself, no judgment, no pressure, just a space to explore, heal, and grow. I blend Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), narrative therapy, and holistic approaches to help clients better understand their thoughts, emotions, and experiences while building practical tools for everyday life. Together, we'll uncover strengths, challenge unhelpful patterns, and create new paths forward. I enjoy working with children, teens, adults, and families navigating trauma, life transitions, behavioral challenges, relationship concerns, and personal growth. My goal is to help you move from simply getting through life to truly thriving in it.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we'll focus on getting to know each other in a relaxed, welcoming, and judgment-free space. There's no pressure to share everything at once. You can move at your own pace, and I'll meet you exactly where you are. We'll talk about what's bringing you to therapy, explore what you'd like life to look like moving forward, and identify goals that feel meaningful and achievable. Think of it as the beginning of a partnership where we'll work together to better understand your story, build on your strengths, and create a path toward healing and growth. Most importantly, my goal is for you to leave feeling heard, supported, and hopeful about what's possible.
