Great to meet you!

Hello, I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Southern California with a Master of Science in Counseling Psychology from California Baptist University. I have experience helping people heal from trauma, manage anxiety and depression, and navigate major life changes. My current practice is dedicated to young adult women seeking a safe, supportive space to process emotions, improve coping skills, and create meaningful personal growth. My style integrates evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and trauma-informed care, while maintaining warmth and cultural sensitivity. My goal is to help you feel understood and empowered as you work toward healing and a more balanced life.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, supportive, and goal-oriented. I believe therapy works best when clients feel safe, understood, and respected. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help you notice and shift unhelpful thought patterns, and I integrate trauma-informed care so that past experiences are explored gently and at your pace. Together, we’ll identify your strengths, set practical goals, and work toward lasting growth and improved well being.

What you can expect from me

I create a safe, nonjudgmental space where we can work together on what matters most to you. My style is warm and down to earth. We will move at your pace while keeping us focused on the changes you want. I often use CBT for anxiety and depression, and I take a trauma-informed approach so we can explore the past without overwhelming you. My goal is that you leave sessions with insight, tools, and a sense of hope.
