Great to meet you!

You already have what you need to create the life you want—I’m here to help you uncover and strengthen it. I work with you to identify your strengths, build motivation, and navigate challenges in a supportive, non-judgmental space. I have experience supporting individuals with anxiety, trauma, substance use, and domestic violence. As a member of the LGBTQ+ community, I provide affirming care and am committed to ongoing growth as an ally to the BIPOC community. If you’re ready to feel more supported and take meaningful steps toward change, I invite you to reach out and see if we’re a good fit.

My approach to therapy

I meet you where you are and offer a safe, non-judgmental space to be your full self. We’ll focus on what’s helped you survive, what you want moving forward, and realistic steps toward change. I also believe there’s room for humor—because healing can include laughter, too. I'm a Certified Master's Level Addiction Professional (MCAP), which means I've had specialized training in supporting people with substance use challenges.

What you can expect from me

If you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure where to start, you don’t have to figure it out alone. We’ll take things one step at a time. If this feels like it could be a good fit, I invite you to reach out.
