Great to meet you!

You’ve taken an important step in exploring your healing options, and I’m here to support you. My background includes working with children, youth, adults, and families who have experienced trauma, and I understand how overwhelming it can feel to navigate life after what you’ve been through. When working with children and youth, I partner with parents, caregivers, and other natural supports to create consistency, strengthen connection, and support healing beyond the therapy space. I also recognize that children grow into adults who may carry unhealed wounds that continue to influence their relationships, emotions, and sense of self.

My approach to therapy

My approach is grounded in safety, compassion, and collaboration. Healing can feel challenging at times, but even small steps forward can bring meaningful shifts and a deeper sense of ease. I work to create an environment where you can feel understood, build trust at your own pace, and regain a sense of grounding and control. Together, we’ll explore your strengths, your story, and the possibilities for healing and growth.

What you can expect from me

The first session is centered on building a therapeutic relationship. We spend time getting to know each other, exploring what brings the client in, and determining whether the approach and connection feel like a good fit. I move at a pace that feels comfortable and supportive.
