Great to meet you!

I have a Masters degree in Counseling and I'm licensed in the state of Tennessee. I have 15 years experience treating Anxiety, trauma, stressful relationships and more.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I like to spend the first sessions building a therapeutic relationship. This includes getting to know each other, gathering background and history and then setting goals for our work together. I fit well with clients who have struggled with anxiety, guilt, shame and painful events. I offer genuine empathy and hope, as well as coping tools to help you feel better.

What you can expect from our first session

I am laid back and client centered in my approach. I am good at providing a safe space for clients to grow and meet their goals. Many of my client say they feel relieved after just talking to me in their first session.
