I'm from the sunshine state, where I have been raised and completed my graduate studies. When I’m not working, I love spending time with family and friends—traveling, game nights, and beach days are some of my favorite ways to recharge and stay connected.

With over 10 years of experience, I’ve worked closely with children, adolescents, young adults, and families to address a wide range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, grief, self-esteem struggles, behavioral challenges, and family dynamic issues.
