Hello! I'm Ashley R. Simmons and I'm here to support you as you navigate your journey to mental health. I have a Master's Degree in Mental Health and Clinical Counseling from Tarleton State University. I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, communication challenges and family dynamics.
In our sessions, I use a warm client-centered approach that blends cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and mindfulness. My goal is to create a safe, non-judgemental space where you can explore your thoughts, feelings and be supported.
