Great to meet you!

If you’ve spent your life wondering whether you’re too much, too sensitive, too emotional, or somehow getting it all wrong, I want you to know that’s not what you’ll hear from me.

Many of the people I work with feel exhausted by anxiety, overwhelmed by stress, disconnected from themselves, or stuck in patterns they can’t seem to break. They may be navigating the impact of trauma, new parents who feel burnt out and overwhelmed, questioning their worth, or carrying the invisible weight of caring for everyone around them while neglecting themselves.

As a Licensed Professional Counselor and Certified Crisis Professional, I work with teens and adults across the gender spectrum. While I welcome and affirm all identities, I have a particular passion for working with cisgender and transgender women, survivors of sexual assault and intimate partner violence, new and expectant parents, and individuals on a path of self-discovery and healing.

My approach to therapy

My style is warm, relational, compassionate, and sometimes direct. I believe therapy works best when you feel genuinely seen, supported, and safe enough to bring your whole self into the room.

I draw from mindfulness-based practices, somatic interventions, cognitive reframing, and parts work to help clients heal on multiple levels—not just intellectually, but emotionally and physically as well. While I’ll always meet you with acceptance and compassion, I’m not the kind of therapist who’s going to sit back and let you spiral alone. I’ll be right there with you, helping you make sense of what’s happening, develop new tools, and move toward the life you want to create.

I specialize in maternal mental health, abuse recovery, anxiety, depression, self-esteem concerns, and spiritual development. Much of my work focuses on helping people reconnect with themselves, trust their intuition, and find their footing after experiences that have left them questioning their worth, voice, or sense of direction.

What you can expect from me

While we do set goals together in our initial session, I value flexibility and trust the process of psychotherapy. Goals may change. New paths to explore may emerge. We may come across buried trauma or painful memories that ask us to tend to them. We will work collaboratively to address what arises for you naturally. Ultimately, I want you to feel that each hour we spend together offers a deeper sense of safety, insight, and trust in yourself.
