Great to meet you!

I have a special interest in sex therapy and OCD, and I work with people facing all kinds of struggles, including anxiety, depression, PTSD, communication issues, and boundary-setting. I’ve sat with clients through some of their hardest moments. There isn’t much I haven’t seen or heard—and I feel truly fortunate to be trusted to help people carry and lighten their hardships.

My approach to therapy

One of my favorite parts of this work is seeing things “click” into place—the moment you understand what you’re feeling, where it comes from, and how to interrupt old patterns. I love empowering people to make real changes in themselves and their lives so they can feel and function better, and I know one size doesn’t fit all.

What you can expect from me

I want you to find more clarity through therapy in a space that feels safe, honest, and judgment-free. If you’re struggling, my hope is that you’ll feel comfortable reaching out for support. You don’t have to keep doing this alone—I’d be honored to walk alongside you and help you find a way forward.
