Great to meet you!

Reaching out for therapy can feel overwhelming, but you don't have to navigate life's challenges alone. Whether you're struggling with anxiety, OCD, relationship or intimacy concerns, past trauma, or simply feeling stuck, I'm here to provide a safe, supportive, and judgment-free space where healing and growth can happen. One of my favorite moments as a therapist is when something finally "clicks" for a client—that moment when they begin to understand why they think, feel, or react the way they do. Even more rewarding is watching them learn how to break free from patterns that have been holding them back and begin creating the life they want. There is nothing more fulfilling to me than seeing people discover their own strength and realize lasting change is possible.

My approach to therapy

For more than a decade, I have had the privilege of helping individuals work through anxiety, depression, OCD, trauma, relationship challenges, life transitions, and many other concerns. While I enjoy working with a wide variety of issues, I have developed specialized interests in treating Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD) and providing Sex Therapy. These are deeply personal topics that often leave people feeling isolated or misunderstood, and I believe everyone deserves a place where they can talk openly without fear of judgment. Throughout my career, I've learned that healing doesn't come from being "fixed"—it comes from feeling understood, gaining insight, and learning practical tools that create meaningful change. My approach is warm, collaborative, and evidence-based. I strive to meet you where you are while gently challenging you toward the goals that matter most to you.

What you can expect from me

After years of working in community mental health, outpatient care, and private practice, I founded my own practice because I wanted to create the kind of therapeutic environment I believe clients deserve—one where you feel heard, respected, and genuinely cared for from the moment you walk through the door. If you're ready to gain clarity, find relief, and move forward with confidence, I'd be honored to walk alongside you. You don't have to keep doing this alone.
