Great to meet you!

Most often, by the time someone seeks therapy, they’ve already tried several ways to feel better, think differently, or cope with life’s challenges, yet, something still feels off. Therapy is about expanding what’s already within you. It’s a space to explore new tools, gain insight, and build strategies that support you through whatever you’re facing right now. I work primarily with those who are navigating stress, depression, relationship conflict, work-related stress, and struggles with communication or boundaries. I aim to provide a space where you feel seen, understood, and empowered—not just as a client, but as a whole person.

My approach to therapy

As a culturally responsive therapist, therapy with me is collaborative, affirming, and grounded in real-life application. My approach integrates evidence-based methods like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) with relational and person-centered approaches that honor your identity, and strengths.

What you can expect from me

I focus on the connection between your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors to help you better understand how you move through the world—and how to create change where you want it most. If you’re looking to better manage your emotions, improve relationships, or just find a space where you can finally exhale—I’d be honored to support you.
