Great to meet you!
Sometimes you can be doing everything you’re “supposed” to do and still feel like something is off. Anxiety may keep your mind running, depression can make it harder to feel like yourself, or you may be navigating questions about identity, relationships, fertility, or what you want this next chapter of life to look like. I work with adolescents, adults, and seniors, as well as couples and families, with a focus on anxiety, depression, women’s issues, identity concerns, and infertility. I also support clients dealing with burnout, ADHD, stress, grief and loss, relationship or family challenges, panic, OCD, eating concerns, sleep difficulties, substance use, maternal mental health, and major life transitions when those experiences are part of the bigger picture. I’ve worked in mental health since 2014, and my background in both social work and clinical mental health counseling has shaped the way I look at people as whole human beings—not just a diagnosis or a list of symptoms.
