Great to meet you!

I approach therapy as a collaborative and supportive space where you don’t have to have everything figured out to show up. I believe meaningful change happens when people feel safe enough to be honest about what’s hard, confusing, or painful — and also when they feel challenged in thoughtful and compassionate ways.

My style is warm, direct, and grounded. I work to balance emotional processing with practical tools so clients can better understand themselves while also feeling more capable in their day-to-day lives. Therapy with me often includes exploring patterns, relationships, and the impact of past experiences, while building coping skills, boundaries, and self-trust.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is trauma-informed, relational, and integrative. I draw from cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, and experiential approaches to help clients understand patterns, process difficult experiences, and develop practical tools for change.

I believe healing happens through both insight and experience — understanding where patterns come from while also learning new ways to respond to thoughts, emotions, and relationships. Therapy is collaborative, thoughtful, and tailored to each client’s needs and goals.

What you can expect from me

The first session is mostly about getting to know you — what’s been going on, what feels difficult right now, and what you’re hoping therapy might help with. You don’t need to have everything figured out before starting. We’ll go at a pace that feels manageable and begin identifying goals together.
