Great to meet you!

I am a compassionate and dedicated therapist with a Master’s degree in Social Work from Tulane School of Social Work, where I graduated in 2000. Throughout my career, I have had the opportunity to work with children and adults facing a variety of challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship concerns. I also provide couples counseling, helping partners improve communication, strengthen their connection, and navigate difficult times together. My approach is supportive, nonjudgmental, and individualized, creating a safe space where clients can feel heard, understood, and empowered to work toward positive change.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is compassionate, supportive, and individualized, focusing on creating a safe, nonjudgmental environment where clients feel heard and understood. I work collaboratively with each client to identify their strengths, develop healthy coping strategies, and build the confidence and skills needed to navigate life’s challenges and create meaningful change.

What you can expect from me

During your first session, you can expect a warm, welcoming, and judgment-free environment where we will get to know each other and discuss what brings you to therapy. We will talk about your goals, concerns, and needs, and begin developing a personalized plan to help you feel supported and move toward positive change.
