Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) and Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADC I) with over a decade of experience supporting adults through challenges like anxiety, addiction, burnout, and major life transitions. I hold a Master’s in Social Work and have worked in both clinical and supervisory roles. My approach is open-minded, collaborative, and rooted in curiosity—I don’t show up with judgment, just a real desire to understand what’s going on and walk alongside you toward the life you want. I blend humor, compassion, and directness, and I aim to create a space that feels both safe and empowering. Whether you're navigating stress, rethinking old patterns, or just need someone to talk to who gets it, I’m here for that.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, person-centered, and strength-based. I blend reflective listening with honest, direct feedback—so you’ll get both space to explore and support in moving forward. I believe therapy should feel like a conversation, not an interrogation, and I tailor each session to what you need that day. I pull from modalities like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing, and I specialize in helping adults work through anxiety, panic, addiction, and stress-related challenges.

What you can expect from me

You can expect to leave sessions feeling seen, grounded, and more in control of your next steps. I create a space that’s supportive, empowering, and judgment-free—with room for humor, honesty, and real progress. Whether we’re unpacking tough stuff or figuring out what actually works for your life, I’ll walk beside you the whole way.
