Depending on where you are my approach is to help you define the life you want, set goals and support your efforts through talk therapy. Sometimes that means unpacking past trauma, other times it means focusing on the here and now! Together we will decide what's best based on where you are currently and where you'd like to see yourself in 30, 60, 90 days and beyond!

Native Texan, graduate of TX A&M Commerce, I have 20 + years experience in the field. I'm a wife and mom who loves life! I love meeting new people and I genuinely enjoy the process of change! I approach each individual by meeting you where you are! I listen without judgment & help you to identify the areas in your life that you'd like to change! I believe each person deserves to live a life they love! I'm a firm believer that no matter how bad life feels today, there's always hope for tomorrow.
